Keith Soura is an experienced technology leader, currently serving as a Technical Advisor at VERO since January 2025. Previously, Keith held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Better from September 2020 to January 2025, focusing on scalable, AI-driven mortgage technology to improve housing equity. Keith's extensive background includes roles as Chief Technology Officer, Staff Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the future of platform technology for consumer lending. Earlier experience at Blend involved architecting core technologies for the digital financial ecosystem, while at Panjiva, Keith designed and implemented custom software solutions for enterprise clients. Keith holds a degree in Mathematics from Columbia University and dual degrees in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physics from the University of Central Florida.
