Bryan Diaz

Bryan Diaz has extensive experience in technical support and IT systems management. Currently serving as a Solutions Consultant at BetterCloud since October 2019, Bryan has held multiple roles within the company, including Senior Technical Support Escalations Manager and Technical Support Specialist. Prior experience includes working as an IT Specialist at Learner-Centered Collaborative, managing IT operations for corporate employees and educational institutions. At the University of California, Santa Cruz, Bryan served as ITS Learning Technologies Student Manager, overseeing student consultants and managing lab operations. Bryan's earlier role as a lifeguard with the City of Palmdale showcased strong customer service skills.
