Drew Bancroft is an accomplished Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in the SaaS industry. Currently serving as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at BetterCloud since October 2021, Drew oversees the customer journey, from implementation to renewal, and has been recognized as CSM of the Quarter in Q2 2022. Prior to BetterCloud, Drew held leadership roles at Breadwinner, Moonfarmer, and various other firms, demonstrating expertise in customer success, project management, and digital strategy. With a Bachelor of Arts in English from Amherst College and an entrepreneurial background as the owner/operator of a fine wine boutique, Drew has consistently contributed to business growth and client satisfaction throughout a diverse career.
