Josh Bordes

Josh Bordes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Josh is currently working as a Sales Director at BetterComp since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at PayScale, Inc. where they held several positions. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Sales Manager, Enterprise Accounts, managing a team of 7 Account Executives and 1 Team Lead. Josh then transitioned to the role of Strategic Account Executive in 2017, participating in the Remote Year Program and qualifying for 9 consecutive President's Clubs. At PayScale, they helped organizations understand their markets and establish a compensation strategy. Before joining PayScale, Josh worked as a Senior Account Executive and Team Lead - Enterprise Accounts from 2013 to 2015, and as an Account Executive II, Mid-Market from 2012 to 2013. Josh began their career as a Commercial Account Manager at Rollins, Inc. from 2010 to 2012.

Josh Bordes attended Tennessee Technological University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business. In 2007, they also studied at RWTH Aachen University for one year and received a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in International Business.
