Biplab Sikdar

Biplab Sikdar is an accomplished academic and research professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering. Currently serving as an R&D Advisor at betterdata Inc. since June 2021, Biplab Sikdar also holds the position of Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore since July 2013. Prior to this, Biplab Sikdar was an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from August 2001 to June 2013. Biplab Sikdar earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (1998-2001), an M. Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (1996-1998), and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from North-Eastern Hill University (1990-1996).
