Jonas Topp

Jonas Topp has a diverse work experience, starting as an intern at Barmer GEK in 2012. Jonas then interned at ifp Managementdiagnostik and airberlin technik in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Consultant at ifp | Executive Search Management Diagnostics, focusing on Executive Search and Management Diagnostics in various industries. From 2017 to 2020, Jonas worked at CHECK24 Vergleichsportal, initially as a Recruiting Specialist and later as a Senior Recruiting Specialist. Their responsibilities included end-to-end recruiting process, direct search, personnel development, HR administration, employer branding, and team leadership. Currently, Jonas is the HR-Manager at BetterDoc since 2021, and is expected to become the Head of HR in March 2023.

Jonas Topp began their education in 1999 at Michael-Ende Gymnasium. Jonas completed their Abitur degree at this institution in 2008. In 2009, they pursued a year of non-degree study at Zivildienst. From 2009 to 2012, Jonas attended Maastricht University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Psychology. In 2011, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at Örebro University for one year as part of an exchange program. Finally, from 2012 to 2013, Jonas pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Work and Organizational Psychology at Maastricht University.
