Aaron Welch

Aaron Welch, LMHC, LPCC, NCC, is a seasoned mental health therapist currently employed at BetterHelp since October 2023, and has served as Lead Pastor at Northside Christian Church since January 2018. Welch has an extensive background in counseling, having held roles such as Program Director and Professor of Christian Counseling at Central Christian College of the Bible, and Christian Counselor at The Lifeworks Group. In addition to these positions, responsibilities have included directing programs and coaching at Calvary Christian School and New Horizons Christian Church. A passionate writer, Welch focuses on mental health and spiritual issues while also working on a book project. Educational credentials include multiple degrees from Cincinnati Christian University and specialized certification in sex offender treatment from the National Association of Forensic Counselors.
