Alex Baird is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience in providing psychotherapy to adolescents, families, and adults. Currently serving at Tava Health since October 2022 and BetterHelp since January 2021, Alex has held various roles in the mental health field, including Clinical Director at The Hope Group and Clinical Therapist at Havenwood Academy. Prior experience includes positions at Discovery Ranch for Girls, Inner-Peace Counseling, and Logan River Academy, as well as earlier roles in marriage and family therapy at Summit Counseling and Wasatch Mental Health.
