Beth Carlson is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with extensive experience in mental health and crisis intervention. Currently serving at BetterHelp.com and BC Counseling Services, PLLC, since October 2020, Beth has previously worked as a Crisis Counselor at DuPage County Health Department and as an Addiction Counselor at Stonybrook Center. Prior to a career in counseling, Beth spent over three decades at AT&T, concluding as a Customer Experience/Operational Readiness Manager. Educationally, Beth holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University and a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University.
