Carmen Bryant

Carmen Bryant is a seasoned mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist at BetterHelp since July 2023. In addition to this role, Carmen has been an Influencer, Podcaster, Host, Educator, and Life Coach with Overcoming Narcissist Abuse since September 2018, focusing on education and support for survivors of narcissistic abuse.
