Carrie Effinger, LCSW, C-ASWCM, is an experienced clinician with over 20 years of expertise in empowering adults and older adults through various roles in hospital case management, psychotherapy, and eldercare consulting. Previously, Carrie directed the My Second Home’s Intergenerational Program, developing creative programming and collaborating with community agencies. Currently, Carrie serves as a Psychotherapist and Care Coordinator Social Worker at Nuvance Health and manages a private practice with CNE Eldercare & Consulting, focusing on psychotherapy and care coordination for families. Carrie obtained a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Wilkes University.
