Cynthia Lowe

Cynthia Lowe, LISW-S, LCSW, currently serves as a Behavioral Health Clinical Consultant at Gila River Health Care since January 2023 and as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at BetterHelp.com since October 2021. Previously, Cynthia held roles including Behavioral Health Manager at Health Center at Faith Mission, Transition of Care at Molina Healthcare, and Manager at Netcare Access, where responsibilities included overseeing a 24/7 mental health and substance use crisis program. Cynthia also directed the Admissions Department at Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry, contributing to its growth from 47 to 68 beds, and worked as a Family Preservation Specialist at Central Ohio Mental Health Center. Early career experiences included serving as House Manager for CHOICES for Victims of Domestic Violence. Cynthia holds a Master’s degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Ohio Dominican University.
