Heather Oster

Heather Oster, LCSW, is an experienced licensed clinical social worker and owner of Recovery Unleashed, offering virtual trauma therapy in California and Oregon since January 2023. With a robust background in mental health, Heather has held multiple positions, including a licensed clinical social worker at BetterHelp.com and BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. Heather served as a primary counselor at ABC Recovery Center and held roles such as interim administrator at Telecare Corporation and mental health program coordinator at Health to Hope Clinics. Beginning her career as a master social work intern at Coachella Valley Rescue Mission, Heather gained extensive experience in crisis residential treatment and therapeutic behavioral coaching. Heather earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Phoenix.
