Sebastion Williams

Sebastion Williams, MSEd, LCPC, CCM, currently serves as the Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services at Metropolitan Peace Initiatives, focusing on violence intervention since May 2023. In addition, Williams has been practicing as an online therapist at BetterHelp.com since October 2021. Prior roles include Director of Behavioral Health Access at HCA Mission Hospital and Manager of Waiver Services at Cook County Health/CountyCare, where responsibilities included overseeing care management and ensuring continuity of physical and behavioral health services. A notable achievement includes successfully securing an $8.2 million grant for the IlliniCare Health Colbert Class Members Program. With extensive experience in clinical operations and team management across multiple healthcare organizations, Williams holds a Master of Science in Counselor Education from Chicago State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, also from Chicago State University.
