Sreehari Sankar

Sreehari Sankar is an experienced Machine Learning Engineer currently working at BetterHelp since February 2024, specializing in natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs). Sreehari has held multiple positions at BetterHelp, focusing on NLP research, enterprise-level LLM engineering, and the development of responsible AI pipelines. Prior to this, Sreehari served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Case Western Reserve University, concentrating on generative AI and natural language processing systems. Sreehari's experience also includes stints as a Machine Learning Scientist at Brave Software and SmartNews, where research and development in NLP were key responsibilities. Sreehari holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and an MS in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University, where Sreehari was also involved in teaching AI and NLP topics during a tenure as a Teaching Assistant.
