Tamara Williams-Reding

Tamara Williams-Reding, M.Ed., LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience in various counseling roles. Currently serving at BetterHelp.com since May 2019, Tamara has previously worked as a Student Mental Health Counselor at Lindenwood University, focusing on brief, solution-oriented counseling for students. Tamara also held the position of Student Life Case Manager at St. Charles Community College, providing crisis intervention and support to students facing academic and personal challenges. Additionally, Tamara operated a private practice specializing in Psycho-Oncology, offering counseling services to cancer patients and their families.
