TJ Rumler, LISW-CP, currently serves as a Clinical Therapist at Prisma Health, overseeing Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs, utilizing a multi-therapy approach including DBT, CBT, and Family Therapy. As the owner and lead trainer of TJ Rumler Consulting, the focus is on empowering individuals and organizations to foster trauma-informed cultures. Experience includes providing therapy through BetterHelp.com, directing leadership development initiatives at the Hispanic Alliance of SC, and training over 10,000 educators in trauma-informed practices while working at Greenville County Schools. Prior roles also encompass social work and case management with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and various positions within the Greenville Hospital System. TJ Rumler holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Southern Wesleyan University.
