Jon Low

Jon Low is a seasoned entrepreneur and advisor with extensive experience in supporting early-stage startups. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Polaris Alpha, Jon offers tactical support and coaching for founder performance while facilitating company building. In the role of Operating Partner at Kalos Ventures, Jon focuses on investments in Workforce, Education, and Care, providing critical support to early-stage founders. Jon has held advisory positions at multiple organizations including Parade, Brassica, Zentist, Betterleap, FindMine, Boom & Bucket, and IRIS.TV. Previously, Jon co-founded and partnered at Format One, where a hands-on approach to fundraising, team performance, and operational hygiene was emphasized. Jon holds a degree in Commerce and Engineering from the University of Sydney.
