Eric Bouwman

Eric Bouwman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in healthcare operations and behavioral health. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors for Betterleave since October 2024, Bouwman previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Bloom Healthcare from July 2022 to October 2024. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Kaiser Permanente from September 2013 to July 2022, encompassing Regional Director of Operations, Medical Office Director, Director of Behavioral Health, Regional Manager of Behavioral Health, and Behavioral Health Therapist. Earlier in the career, Bouwman worked as a Child and Family Therapist at Boulder County from June 2011 to September 2013.
