Ryan Keser has a long and varied work experience. In 2022, they founded Concept Academy. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at BetterLesson as a Workshop Facilitator/Coach/Curriculum Designer, where they guided, supported, and brought out the potential of a team and its members, and influenced teams through ideation, prototyping and testing phases rapidly. From 2019 to present, they have been an Upper School Science Educator at Pine Crest School, producing written and audio-visual resources that engage a differentiated audience for a sustained period, providing constructive oral and written feedback to help students & colleagues improve their performance, and presenting complex information in a clear, concise, and accessible manner. From 2007 to 2011, they were a STEM Educator at Public Schools of Brookline, collaborating with colleagues to share information about students in order to deliver the best outcomes, facilitating small and large group discussions with feedback being given to the whole class, and growing their own performance by continually reflecting on constructive feedback from peers and supervisors. From 2011 to present, they have been an Instructor at Northeastern University. Additionally, from 2011 to present, they have been a BU Project GLACIER Teacher and Lead Teacher at Boston University, leading workshops, providing training and support to teachers and graduate fellow participants in creating and teaching middle school and elementary curriculum related to global change.

Ryan Keser has earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Education from Gonzaga University in the field of Special Education, a Master of Education from Lesley University in Science Teacher Education, and a Master of Education (MEd) from Northeastern University in S.T.E.M. Education.
