Amy Lewis

Amy Lewis has a long and varied work experience. Amy is currently the Founder/Owner of Work Evolved, Executive Coach and Leadership Development Facilitator at BetterManager, and Director of Organizational Development at Socialive. Amy previously worked as Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Bluebeam, Inc. from 2011 to 2021. During their time there, they enhanced organizational effectiveness and spearheaded global Talent Development programs. Amy was also a Senior Manager Learning & Development, Senior Manager, Training & Development, and Account Manager at Bluebeam. From 2012 to 2021, they were Self-Employed as an Author. From 2009 to 2011, they were Manager of Client Development at Tigerlead Solutions, LLC. From 2001 to 2004, they were Founder of Mad Muse Design, where they designed websites for small business and creative professional clients and provided training for customers on how to update sites and social media marketing services and training. From 2004 to 2021, they were a Member of Company of Angels.

Amy Lewis has an extensive educational background. Amy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Amy then went on to receive a MA in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica between 2010 and 2012. Amy also completed a Certified Professional Coach program from iPEC Coaching in 2017-2018. Most recently, they obtained a Masters in Organizational Leadership (Focus area Leading Innovation) from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2019 and 2021. Additionally, Amy has obtained numerous certifications, including the AQ Level 2 Professional Certification from AQai - Adaptability Assessments & Coaching in 2022, the BetterManager Executive Coach from BetterManager in 2022, the AQai Certification (Foundation) from AQai - Adaptability Assessments & Coaching in 2021, the Everything DiSC Certified Facilitator from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in 2021, the Five Behaviors Certified Facilitator from The Five Behaviors in 2021, the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2021, the Advanced Competency Based Management from HRSG in 2020, the Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC Coaching in 2018, and the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in 2021.
