Eloïse Bouchard

Eloïse Bouchard began their career in 2021 as a Vendeuse at Boosh B. The following year, they took on the role of Conseillère ventes at Decathlon France. In 2022, they became a Stagiaire at BIAS Immobilier, and also began working as a Chargée de communication et marketing at BetterManager. In this role, they were responsible for transforming managers of all levels into better leaders through a unique, global and 100% remote platform that combines executive coaching, training, best practice diagnostics, and implementation to improve leadership effectiveness and team performance. Eloïse also worked to create personalized leadership development paths for new managers, mid-level managers, senior managers, and executives, in more than 13 languages.

Eloïse Bouchard is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Digital Communication from IES Business School. Prior to this, they obtained a GBBA from NEOMA Business School in 2020 and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from Shaw Academy. In 2019, they also obtained an IELTS certificate from Cambridge Assessment International Education.
