Lisa Lanier has held a variety of roles since 1998. Lisa began their career at Ipsos ASI as the Vice President of Strategic Integration, where they led the transition from a cable-based copy testing system to an in-home video-based system. Lisa then moved to Ipsos in 1999 as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Chicago Products Division, where they restructured the team and focused on building new client relationships and growing business. In 2007, they were promoted to President of Ipsos Marketing CPG and Novaction US, where they delivered consistent growth through a focus on bringing strategic client solutions in a global market. In 2012, they became President of InnoQuest US, creating, shaping, and leading this new division following the Ipsos acquisition of Synovate. In 2015, they were promoted to President of Client First US, where they led client-focused initiatives both internally and externally to drive Ipsos client team collaboration focused on creating a client-oriented culture and mindset. In 2016, they joined Market Track as the Chief Client Officer, hired by the company\u2019s CEO to lead the restructuring of a $100MM multi-tier sales and client services organization. In 2018, they joined The CARA Group, Inc. as a Change Management Consultant and i2c2, Inc. as a Principal and Coach. Finally, in 2020, they joined BetterManager as an Executive Coach, and in 2021 they joined Molex as the Senior Change Management Lead.
Lisa Lanier obtained their BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, with a concentration in Business--Marketing, in 2018. Lisa then went on to receive their Professional Coach Certification from CTI Coaches Training Institute in 2019. Lisa is also an International Coaching Federation Member Badge holder, obtained in April 2022. Lisa is currently in the process of obtaining their CCMP from the Association of Change Management Professionals and their Prosci Change Management certification.
