Alina Hnirovska

Alina Hnirovska is an experienced professional in customer service and product support, currently serving as a Product Support Agent at BetterMe since February 2023. Previously, Alina held the position of Senior Customer Service Manager at Support Lab from December 2021 to February 2023, and before that, Alina was a Customer Service Manager at SupportLab from April 2019 to December 2021. Alina Hnirovska is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, with an expected graduation date of 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics from the same institution, completed in July 2022.
