Being a man, is hard!  The blueprint for successfully masculinity handed down by our fathers from their fathers is broken, it no longer serves our generation.

Most men are too busy trying to succeed and provide for their families that they aren’t present in their own lives.  They feel disconnected from loved ones and friends, and if truth be told, lonely.  

Their mind is busy with work stuff; choosing between work and family makes them feel guilty.  Everything is rushed, their spinning too many plates, this leaves them in a constant state of frustration and pressure. 

Because of the above, they sense that something is missing and have a subtle dissatisfaction in their lives but because they don’t feel safe discussing what they're experiencing, they carry on hoping that things will improve.
