Ally Harding

Ally Harding possesses a diverse background in operations, customer service, and event coordination, with extensive experience in the financial and healthcare sectors. At Betterment since February 2019, Ally has excelled in Broker Dealer Operations by collaborating with multiple teams to address client inquiries related to fund transfers and account management. In a previous role as a Rollover Specialist and DEIB Leader, Ally facilitated asset transitions and fostered relationships with financial intermediaries. Prior roles include achieving a 95% quality rating in Member Services at Oscar Insurance, managing patient scheduling as an Administrative Assistant at Downtown Sports and Hand Therapy, and coordinating events at Aviator Sports and Events Center. Ally holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Long Island University and completed additional education at General Assembly.
