Edward Gottfried

Edward Gottfried has had extensive work experience in product management. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Bloomberg in various roles, including Global Product Manager, Product Manager, and Product Analyst. In 2019, they joined Betterment as a Group Product Manager and was later promoted to Director of Product Management in October 2020.

Edward Gottfried attended the University School of Nashville from 1996 to 2007, where they completed their High School education. From 2007 to 2011, they studied at Bowdoin College and graduated with a degree in Classics. In 2010, they also briefly attended the Intercollegiate Center for Classical Studies in Rome, where they focused on subjects such as Latin, Greek, Archaeology, and Art History.
