Kyle Mahon

Kyle Mahon currently serves as a 401(k) Representative - II at Betterment since September 2023. Previously, Kyle worked with Scout from February 2021 to April 2023, holding roles such as Talent Lead, Senior Talent Partner, and Talent Partner for various companies, including First Derivative and Healios. Kyle’s experience includes a focus on talent acquisition for innovative startups and scale-ups, providing expertise in recruitment strategies tailored to organizational needs. Prior to Scout, Kyle was an Account Manager at Prism Digital and a Cloud and DevOps Consultant at The Challenge. Kyle holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a Foundation Degree in Engineering and Physical Sciences from the University of Nottingham.
