Seth Styers has a diverse work experience in the field of copywriting, creative direction, and editorial management. Seth currently holds the role of Editorial Director at Betterment, where they oversee creative, UX, and content. Prior to this, Seth worked as a Creative Director, Head of Copy, and Principal Copywriter at Betterment. Before joining Betterment, Seth was the Director of Written Words at Seth Styers, UnLtd. In addition, they have also worked as a Copy Supervisor at Area 23 and as a Senior Copywriter and Copywriter at Harrison and Star. Seth started their career as an Editor at Campbell Alliance and later progressed to the role of Associate Editor. Their work experience spans from 2008 to the present.
Seth Styers completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Arts Studies from North Carolina State University, attending from 2003 to 2008. In 2012, they briefly studied Digital Media Marketing at New York University. Furthermore, in 2006, Seth had a short-term experience studying Russian Language and Culture at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU).
