Adam Sadd

Adam Sadd serves as the Director and Principal Psychologist at Uplift Psychology since April 2022 and works concurrently as a Consultant Psychologist at BetterUp, providing coaching to employees from Fortune 500 companies. Previous roles include Consultant Psychologist positions at 4Life Psychology Centre and the Centre for Corporate Health, as well as experience at Resilia Rehabilitation in both Consultant and Provisional Psychologist capacities. Adam Sadd's earlier career spans various leadership roles within the Australian Government Department of Human Services, including Programme Manager in Human Resources and Assistant Director for the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme. Adam Sadd holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Southern Queensland, completed between 2011 and 2017.
