Adriele Parker

Adriele Parker is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies and coaching. As the founder and DEI thought partner at Adriele Parker LLC since January 2020, Parker has also served as a coach for BetterUp since May 2024 and an inclusive designer at T. Parker & Co. since January 2023. As co-founder and DEI coach at DEI in a Box and lead consultant for DEI strategies at Exponential Talent LLC, responsibilities extend across various roles aimed at enhancing inclusion within organizations. Prior experience includes significant positions at VMware, Pivotal Software, and GLG, as well as a tenure at Palantir Technologies in diverse recruiting functions. Parker holds a Master of Arts in Engagement Journalism from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY and a BFA in Recorded Music from New York University.
