Alec Arons

Alec Arons, PCC, is an accomplished Leadership, Executive, and Career Coach, serving as the Founder of Alec Arons Leadership since October 2019, where support is provided to mid- and late-career professionals. Currently, Alec holds the position of Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp, alongside roles as Executive and Leadership Coach at both EZRA Coaching and Gig Talent. From July 2020 to June 2023, Alec was active on the Board of the ICF - Philadelphia Chapter, serving as Governance Committee Chair and Treasurer. Prior to coaching, Alec amassed extensive experience in senior leadership roles at notable organizations, including serving as VP at Experis, Partner at Tatum LLC and Ernst & Young, and Director at The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of New York. Alec holds a BA in Economics from Dickinson College and an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University.
