Aleksei Groshenko is a seasoned leadership coach with extensive experience in developing and implementing leadership programs across various industries. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership since March 2025, Aleksei has also been with AG Meta Coaching & Training since July 2017, where 70 leadership transformation training programs have been created and executed.
