Alison Begor, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer at McBrayer PLLC and a certified BetterUp Coach since October 2023, focused on empowering individuals in personal growth. With extensive experience as a Leadership Coach at Growthspace and an Executive Coach at alisonbegor.com since January 2020, Alison has a strong background in human resources, having served as AVP and Director of Human Resources at Transylvania University, where leadership support was garnered for an enhanced onboarding program. Previous roles include Assistant Dean of Finance & Administration at the University of Kentucky's J. David Rosenberg College of Law and various leadership positions at Albany Pine Bush Preserve Commission and Albany Institute of History & Art, where Alison managed HR functions and fiscal responsibilities.
