Allison Jordan is a seasoned leadership coach and facilitator, currently leading Allison Jordan Coaching, LLC since October 2017, and serving as a Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp since May 2021. With a strong foundation in organizational impact, Allison has held notable positions such as Director of Training for Organizational Impact at Communities In Schools of North Carolina and Interim Executive Director at the International Friendship Center. With extensive experience in yoga instruction at various establishments, including West Asheville Yoga and FulFlow Yoga, Allison combines coaching and wellness practices. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Community Leadership from Duquesne University and advanced coaching certifications from Coach U.
