Alyssa Dassa

Alyssa Dassa, DBA, PCC, is the founder of Aliyabel LLC, a company that specializes in professional coaching, consulting, training, and education in management, entrepreneurship, strategy, and innovation since August 2011. Dassa serves as a Premier Fellow at BetterUp and holds multiple academic positions, including Assistant Professor of Business Analytics at Thomas College and Adjunct Faculty at Southern New Hampshire University and the University of New England. Dassa has a strong background in higher education, having also been a Visiting Assistant Teaching Professor and an Assistant Instructor at various institutions. Prior professional experience includes roles as a Senior Marketing Manager at IDEXX Laboratories and Product Director at United States Surgical Corporation. Dassa's educational background includes a Doctor of Business Administration from Capella University, an MBA from New York University, and a Master of Science from Drexel University, among others.
