Amy Bray, CPCC, ACC, is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry and coaching. Currently serving as a Grief Coaching Expert at SAM since April 2025, Amy also operates as an Executive, Grief, and Body-oriented Coach at Purpose Balance Joy LLC and is a Fellow Coach at BetterUp. Previously, Amy held the position of Executive Coach and Sales Training Director at Hartford School of Insurance from February 2016 to January 2020, focusing on mentoring insurance professionals. Prior to that, Amy worked for The Hartford for over a decade, including five years as Assistant Director in Sales Excellence, and has held various roles in national carriers, encompassing risk management and sales training.
