Andi Wardinsky, MS, NCPT, NBC-HWC, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience at the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and also holds the position of Care Coach at BetterUp, providing personalized coaching to enhance members' well-being. With extensive experience since 2004 at the American Council on Exercise as a Master Trainer and Subject Matter Expert, Andi has contributed to education and credentialing initiatives. Additional roles include Corporate Group Exercise Instructor at EXOS and Plus One, and Group Fitness Instructor at Flow Fitness, all focused on promoting wellness. As an Independent Business Owner and Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant since 2004, Andi also provides coaching and educational services independently.
