Anita Yang

Anita Yang is an experienced professional in coaching and human resources, currently serving as a Fellow Coach at BetterUp since February 2020 and as a Coach/Consultant at Shenghua Consulting since 2016, specializing in leadership development, team management, change management, and career/self development for middle to senior level leaders. Prior roles include Senior HR Director at Euro-Pro Commercial Consultation from 2014 to 2016, Director of Human Resources at Office Depot Merchandising from 2010 to early 2013, Assistant General Manager of Human Resources and Development at Maersk Group from 2007 to 2010, China HR Manager at Orbotech Electronics from 2005 to 2007, and Senior Accountant at Projex from 2004 to 2005. Furthermore, Anita Yang held various positions at BP - Amoco Orient Petroleum Company from 1993 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, a Master’s in Project Management from the University of Calgary (2002-2004), and completion of a Professional Coach Program at the Enrichment Consulting & Coaching Institute (2016-2018).
