Anne Walker

Anne Walker is a Certified Professional Coach (PCC) with extensive experience in coaching and organizational development. Since September 2018, Anne has partnered with organizations through Red House Solutions to provide coaching to various employee levels, including high-potential leaders and senior management. As a Fellow Coach at BetterUp, Anne virtually coaches individuals and managers across North America, helping them set and achieve goals. Additionally, Anne serves as a Mentor Coach at UBC Extended Learning, guiding learners in the Organizational Coaching Program to align with ICF ethical standards. Prior to these roles, Anne held multiple management positions at BC Hydro, where responsibilities included overseeing environmental program management, community outreach, visitor center operations, and regulatory relations. Anne holds a Certificate in Organizational Coaching from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management from the University of Northern British Columbia.
