Ashleigh Munko, MPS, has extensive experience in executive support and operations management, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Co-founders and Executive Operations Manager at BetterUp since May 2015. This mobile-based coaching platform enhances professional coaching for employees at all levels. Prior to this role, Ashleigh owned a self-employed business, providing executive assistance and strategic planning to small business owners from April 2013 to December 2016. Additional experience includes positions with Zirtual, Salt Power Yoga, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Community Human Services, and AmeriCorps, with a strong focus on organizational coordination, community engagement, and volunteer management. Ashleigh holds a Master of Professional Studies in Community and Economic Development from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Human Services and a minor in Psychology from Duquesne University.
