Beate Winterstein

Beate Winterstein, ACC, NBC-HWC, MA, and MS, is an experienced coaching professional with a diverse background in health, wellness, and education. Currently serving as a Care Coach at BetterUp since March 2023, Beate utilizes Motivational Interviewing and Positive Psychology approaches to enhance client experiences. As the Mindfulness Guide at Winterstein Coaching LLC since July 2020, Beate curates tailored mindfulness practices and creates content for guided sessions.
