Bill Handy

Bill Handy is a Leadership Coach and Co-Owner at h3 Strategies since February 2009, focusing on authentic leadership, high-performing teams, and skills development. In addition, Bill serves as a Leadership Coach at The Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University since August 2022 and as a Scholar - Executive Coach at The Marketing Academy since February 2021. Bill holds the position of Associate Coach at BetterUp since October 2022 and previously acted as Interim Vice President at The University of Tulsa from October 2018 to March 2020. Additional experience includes roles such as Executive Vice President at Schnake Turnbo Frank, lecturer and visiting assistant professor at Oklahoma State University, and ownership of a successful upscale retail boutique for pets. Bill's early career includes significant roles in communications at Bank of Oklahoma and State Farm Insurance. Bill earned a Master’s degree in Mass Communications from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Webster University.
