Bob Rourke, NCC, PCC, is the Founder and Principal of Limina Advisors, specializing in executive leadership, coaching, career development, and business coaching. Currently a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp, Bob delivers leadership coaching to emerging leaders. With a robust background in commercial real estate, Bob served as Director of Investments at PREMISES, managing investment planning and asset management from 1992 to 2018. As Managing Director at Transformational Growth Partners, strategic consulting was provided to leaders and family-owned businesses. Bob began a career in real estate as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at both William Kritt and Henderson Realty and Development, and earlier worked as a Financial Analyst and Asset Manager at LaSalle Bank, N.A. Bob holds certifications from Newfield Network and degrees from Loyola University Chicago and Spring Hill College.
