Camille Hambey

Camille Hambey, MPA, ICF-PCC, is the Founder and Principal of Sierra9, LLC, providing coaching, consulting, and customized curriculum to diverse federal, non-profit, and corporate clients since January 2019. As a Leadership and Professional Development Coach at BetterUp since July 2019, Camille also served as a Program Manager, Learning Officer, and Professional Coach at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency from August 2017 to April 2019, where responsibilities included managing employee development and training systems. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Research Analyst at the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency and an Innovation Fellow at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, contributing to leadership development initiatives. Camille's career began in the United States Air Force, with positions as an Intelligence Officer and Cryptologic Linguist. Camille holds a Master of Public Administration from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Russian Area Studies from the University of Arizona.
