Carlen Walters

Carlen Walters, MBA, NBC-HWC, is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who specializes in supporting high-achieving individuals in leading healthier lives through behavior change. Carlen co-founded 1-2-1 Mentoring, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring children and families, and currently provides coaching at Vida Health and serves as an Executive Coach at BetterUp. With an extensive background in sales and marketing at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Carlen employs a holistic approach to coaching, integrating evidence-based research with personal connections. Currently, Carlen pursues advanced studies in Organizational Behavior and Management at Saint Mary's College of California and has trained at Duke Integrative Medicine.
