Carmen Manea is an experienced coach and consultant specializing in leadership, teamwork, and mindfulness. Since August 2016, Carmen has been the Impostor Syndrome Coach, Systemic Team Coach, Leadership Coach, and D&I Consultant at CM-CAMP Coaching & Mindfulness, focusing on enhancing team performance and supporting leaders and professional women to thrive. Currently serving as a Rethinking Impostor Syndrome™ Coach Practitioner at the Impostor Syndrome Institute and a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp, Carmen also works as an Associate Coach at CoachHub.io, aiding managers in becoming effective leaders. Previously, Carmen held various roles at FOF Aarhus, the LEGO Group, Bricostore Romania, and The Coca-Cola Company, where responsibilities ranged from mindfulness facilitation to recruitment and team management.
