Carol Coe Pugh

Carol Coe Pugh, CPCC, PCC, currently serves as a Premier Fellow and Fellow Coach at BetterUp, providing one-on-one career coaching to emerging leaders in major corporations to enhance leadership skills and promote employee fulfillment. As the Founder and Principal of Carol Pugh Coaching since July 2014, Carol leverages extensive experience in product development, customer support, and global consulting to foster individual leadership and team collaboration, especially within non-profit sectors. Previous roles include Business Analyst at The First Tee of Silicon Valley, Consulting Manager at PeopleSoft, Inc., and various support and managerial positions at Elsevier MDL. Carol holds a BA in Computer Science and Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington and is pursuing a PhD in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Illinois Chicago, having also completed training at the Co-Active Training Institute and CRR Global.
