Carol Gray

Carol Gray, MN, CEC, PCC, is a seasoned professional and executive coach currently serving as a Premier Fellow at BetterUp since April 2019. Carol is also a co-founder and certified executive coach at TallTrees Leadership®, an organization focused on supporting leaders in health care and related fields. With extensive experience in health leadership roles, Carol held positions including Vice President at Alberta Health Services, Senior Vice President at Calgary Health Region, and various executive roles at Calgary Regional Health Authority and Calgary Health Services. Carol's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Alberta and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.
