Carroll Welch, JD, MCC, is an accomplished executive and career coach with extensive experience in various coaching roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the VP and Director of Coaching at OCM - Lee Hecht Harrison since January 2018, Carroll provides coaching support to professionals and facilitates trainings on coaching competencies. Concurrently, Carroll serves as an Executive Coach at EZRA Coaching and maintains a consulting practice as Principal and Founder of Carroll Welch Consulting LLC.
